Join the Club....

After Tuesday, we have officially split the Northview world series. Bittersweet as it was since we lost to a team that is now 2 and 5, but drubbed the tied for first place (at the time) northview green.

However, before we get to the details, the Northview Red club association would like to welcome some new members:

The Looking Club welcomes Andrew! Andrew now has split membership in the foul out and looking club. Be looking for the swinging club invitation soon!

The On the Fence club welcomes Charley. Charley did his best Youkilis imitation by playing first and also managing to land a ball on top of the left field fence. Now he just needs a goatee and to slow down a bit.

The double out club welcomes Anthony. Anthony demonstrated all the qualities that are needed to join this club, namely getting out twice in the same inning.

The HR - Cubed and Walk'em club both would like to welcome paul to their ranks. How did this happen?? Two clubs @ once???From the same game???Just hit 3 HR's in a row and you to can join this club.

But seriously, great game. This is one pitcher that i love to just crank out the hits. Mostly because he starts whining. After paul jacked his third HR, he just looked down and started mubling "nothing you can do about that".

Next game is 6:00 on Tuesday vs the Righteous Brothers. These guys are 2 and 4 and have allowed 81 runs. Granted, you don't want to feel too good about a game, but they have allowed double digits in every game. the funny thing is that Nview Green only beat them by 5, while blue beat them by 20. weird.

To finish off, here is a fun stat for all of you mariners fans. This last game we had 7 HRs, this season Sexson has had 11.
